Fiduciary Trust International, a New York-headquartered global wealth management under California-based investment manager Franklin Templeton, has appointed Marc Balcer as senior portfolio manager in its Radnor office.

Fiduciary Trust International had more than $105 billion in assets under management and administration as of June 30, 2025.
Financial advisors Alan Chase and Ian Chase, based in Texas, have joined the firm’s independent advisor channel of Raymond James.
The advisors arrive from Commonwealth Financial Network, where they managed about $170 million in client assets. In their new berth, they operate as Ingenuity Financial Services, based in San Antonio, Texas.
Financial advisor Mike Felton has joined the branch channel of Ameriprise Financial, from Merrill Lynch with $110 million in client assets. A wealth sector figure for 20 years, Felton is located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Felton is supported locally by Ameriprise complex director Jamie O’Brien and Ameriprise regional vice president Michael Rearden.
Carson Group
Carson Group, with over $48 billion in AuM, said that senior wealth advisors Greg Diamond and Neil Cohen of GCD Advisors have moved to Carson Wealth. They have joined the firm’s Great Lakes-area office led by Mark McCallum, managing partner.
Diamond and Cohen serve about $300 million in client AuM. The duo have built a virtual wealth management practice serving mid- to high net worth clients throughout the Chicago area and around the nation.
